Description

  • Develop, test, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations for KPI, operational, and management reporting.
  • Create reporting views from approved data sources and partner with data engineers and analysts on integrations and data transformations.
  • Configure and support data refresh schedules based on business requirements.
  • Validate calculations, filters, data accuracy, and dashboard functionality before release.
  • Improve dashboard performance, accessibility, and usability based on feedback and established standards.
  • Document data sources, business rules, calculations, and refresh schedules.
  • Evaluate reporting and visualization tools for customer and team requirements.
  • Integrate Tableau dashboards into existing customer applications and reporting platforms.
  • Present NLP-generated document classifications and tags to enable document search, filtering, review, and lookup.
  • Troubleshoot dashboard, data-refresh, and reporting-interface issues; support testing, releases, and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence; or an associate degree plus 2 years of experience.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in business intelligence, Tableau development, data visualization, or reporting.
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, validating, and analyzing data.
  • Knowledge of data visualization, dashboard design, data modeling, and KPI reporting.
  • Experience connecting reporting tools to multiple data sources and validating report accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Tableau filters, parameters, calculated fields, extracts, and scheduled refreshes.
  • Understanding of Agile development practices and Scrum principles.
  • Must live in the continental United States and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Ability to complete required background checks and, if required, obtain a Public Trust designation or security clearance.
