Description

Lead product-level outcomes and drive execution of the Revenue Technology Engineering roadmap.
Interview internal users to identify friction points, root causes, and business needs.
Translate user insights into detailed functional requirements and feature initiatives tied to business outcomes.
Partner with Support, Revenue Operations, program management, IT, Field, and Engineering to scope, plan, and launch products.
Define success metrics during product design and use data to guide execution and strategy.
Identify and implement improvements to internal workflows and new feature sets, including appropriate GenAI applications.
Drive internal efficiency, feature adoption, and operational cost reduction.
Refine high-level business requirements into granular technical specifications.
Lead cross-team projects with high autonomy and ownership through completion.

Requirements

Strong technical background with the ability to discuss trade-offs with engineers.
Proven experience refining high-level business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Professional experience using data to drive continuous improvement and track product success.
Ability to operate with high autonomy and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading cross-functional or cross-team projects to completion.
A humble, team-first attitude focused on company and team success.
Familiarity with SQL and tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, Fullstory, or Looker (bonus).
Experience with Elastic Cloud, Elastic Stack, or similar cloud-based search and analytics platforms (bonus).
Experience or willingness to work in a distributed, remote-first organization (bonus).

Benefits

Base salary range of $106,900 to $156,900 CAD.
Eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.
