Description

  • Evolve the APM, Synthetics, and RUM product experience in alignment with company and organizational strategy.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver application monitoring experiences.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market planning, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
  • Track user engagement and customer feedback to guide product and feature decisions.
  • Translate abstract customer problems into concrete, prioritized product solutions.
  • Work backward from customer needs to shape product direction and execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
  • Experience with APM and distributed tracing.
  • Synthetic transaction monitoring and RUM experience is highly desired.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into prioritized solutions.
  • Passion for industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience working in a remote, globally distributed environment is desired.
  • Knowledge of OpenTelemetry is desired.
  • Knowledge of AI is desired.

Benefits

  • Base salary with no variable compensation component.
  • Typical starting salary range of $133,100 to $210,600 USD.
  • Typical starting salary range of $159,900 to $252,900 USD in select locations including Seattle, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City Metro Area.
  • Eligibility for Elastic’s stock program.
