Description

  • Design and implement agentic workflows that use reasoning and tools to complete end-to-end business processes.
  • Apply Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Elasticsearch Relevance Engine (ESRE) to ground agents in enterprise knowledge.
  • Develop and fine-tune LLMs and integrate them with internal APIs and third-party SaaS tools for autonomous action.
  • Design and support scalable cloud infrastructure for high-concurrency enterprise agents across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Oversee the training, deployment, and performance optimization of agents to keep them secure, reliable, and compliant.
  • Act as a technical domain expert on the Elastic Stack and provide recommendations for AI-driven productivity solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for AI workflows, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes.
  • Implement security and data privacy standards to protect sensitive information and support regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience building with the Elastic Stack.
  • Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch Relevance Engine (ESRE), Jina AI, and advanced RAG patterns.
  • Proven experience delivering independent GenAI projects involving autonomous task completion or complex workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, and LangSmith for multi-agent systems.
  • Experience with enterprise agentic AI or workflow automation platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agentforce, or ServiceNow AI Agents.
  • Ability to apply emerging approaches such as multi-agent orchestration and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to scalable solutions.
  • Experience with Python or TypeScript for backend logic and agent orchestration.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform for automated deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM providers.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical agent architectures (preferred).
  • Commitment to ethical AI and responsible development practices (preferred).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices for model deployment and automation (preferred).

  • Base salary of CAD $101,900 to $161,200.
