Description

  • Own and evolve the clinical enablement strategy for current and future clinical products across large provider groups and health systems.
  • Translate clinical, operational, and business needs into scalable enablement frameworks, training curricula, and implementation playbooks.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to inform roadmap priorities using workflow insights, training needs, and clinical performance trends.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on pre-sale and post-sale implementation plans, value messaging, and customer-specific enablement strategies.
  • Serve as a senior clinical partner to customers and internal stakeholders, connecting the technology to quality, throughput, efficiency, and clinical outcomes.
  • Lead clinical training and implementation activities from pre-implementation planning through long-term optimization.
  • Design and deliver training materials, workflow guides, competency checklists, and role-specific curricula for clinical users and support staff.
  • Conduct onsite and virtual training sessions for providers, nurses, and medical assistants.
  • Identify workflow friction points and develop mitigation plans with cross-functional partners.
  • Lead utilization and impact data collection, reporting, and interpretation, including EHR-based data capture and performance reviews.
  • Build dashboards, reporting templates, and communication frameworks to scale insights across accounts.
  • Align enablement efforts with Medical Affairs evidence generation, advisory boards, and publication work.
  • Mentor teammates, support onboarding, and help raise team-wide quality and consistency in implementation work.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in clinical enablement, real-world evidence research enablement, clinical research training and implementation, clinical education, or health system operations.
  • Experience supporting large-scale deployments, ideally in healthcare or enterprise health systems.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, Clinical Education, or Implementation Science.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare delivery models and clinical workflows across ambulatory and/or inpatient settings.
  • Demonstrated success implementing clinical technologies or medical devices with measurable adoption and utilization outcomes.
  • Strong working knowledge of clinical research principles, including HIPAA and ICH-GCP.
  • Comfort interpreting clinical and utilization data.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple complex initiatives in ambiguous environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to clinicians, clinical leadership, and health system executives.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive risk anticipation.
  • Preferred: Experience implementing medical devices or AI-enabled clinical technologies within health systems.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with algorithm development lifecycles and applied clinical AI.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of cardiovascular, pulmonary, and vascular disease states.
  • Preferred: Experience with implementation science frameworks such as RE-AIM and CFIR, and formal change management methodologies.
  • Remote role with a 50–75% travel requirement.
