Description

  • Shape and support the end-to-end clinical enablement strategy for SENSORA and future clinical products.
  • Translate clinical, operational, and business needs into scalable enablement frameworks, training modules, and implementation playbooks.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to inform roadmap priorities using real-world workflow, training, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales to create pre-sale implementation strategies, value narratives, and customer-specific enablement plans.
  • Serve as a clinical point of contact for customers and communicate Eko’s impact on quality, throughput, efficiency, and care pathways.
  • Lead clinical enablement across the full go-to-market lifecycle, from pre-implementation planning through long-term optimization.
  • Develop training materials, curriculum, workflow guides, competency checklists, and scalable role-based content.
  • Deliver onsite and virtual training sessions for nurses, medical assistants, providers, and other clinical staff.
  • Identify workflow friction points and work with cross-functional teams to design mitigation and change-management plans.
  • Lead EHR utilization data collection, performance reporting, and customer-specific KPI analysis.
  • Build dashboards, reporting templates, and standardized communication tools to scale insights across accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and create tools, documents, and systems that improve efficiency and repeatability.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in clinical enablement, clinical implementation, clinical education, consulting, or health system operations.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale rollouts or multi-site clinical programs, ideally in inpatient or ambulatory settings.
  • BA/BS or Master’s degree required, preferably in Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, Clinical Education, or Implementation Science.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, care delivery models, and clinical workflows.
  • Demonstrated success implementing clinical technologies or medical devices.
  • Experience driving adoption, utilization, and performance outcomes across clinical programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to clinicians, clinical leaders, and health system executives.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs several steps ahead.
  • Preferred: experience implementing medical devices or AI-driven clinical technologies in enterprise health systems.
  • Preferred: familiarity with algorithm development processes and emerging technologies.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of cardiovascular, pulmonary, and vascular disease.
  • Preferred: experience with implementation science frameworks such as RE-AIM or CFIR and change management methodologies.
  • Over 50% travel required.
