Description

  • Lead end-to-end creative strategy for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Develop high-converting angles, hooks, narratives, and concepts rooted in customer insights, product benefits, and performance data.
  • Set creative direction that balances brand consistency with direct-response effectiveness.
  • Act as strategic lead for a pod of video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters, providing clear briefs, examples, and feedback to elevate execution.
  • Collaborate with a Project Manager to prioritize initiatives, manage timelines, and maintain high creative velocity.
  • Partner with freelance creatives as needed to scale production.
  • Analyze creative performance using Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads to identify winning patterns and areas for optimization.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable creative iterations (messaging, structure, pacing, visuals, formats) and own the creative testing roadmap.
  • Monitor platform trends, ad formats, creator styles, and competitive activity and apply trends strategically to creative formats and storytelling.
  • Contribute to creative playbooks, frameworks, and best practices and mentor junior strategists to elevate team-wide creative thinking.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance-driven creative strategy, ideally in DTC or growth marketing environments.
  • Proven track record of developing paid social creative that scales.
  • Deep understanding of direct-response marketing principles and creative testing.
  • Strong ability to connect performance data to creative decisions and optimize creative accordingly.
  • Experience leading or heavily influencing cross-functional creative teams.
  • Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads reporting and performance analysis (implied by role).
  • Experience working with freelance creative talent (preferred).
  • Experience with UGC-style ads, testimonials, and creator-led content (preferred).
  • Copywriting or scripting experience (preferred).
  • Ability to work remotely from Latin America and engage as a contractor.
