Description

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for complex, high-impact programs aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Oversee all delivery activities for assigned customer engagements across Effectual’s service portfolio.
  • Champion the delivery framework through Scrum or hybrid practices and remove delivery obstacles.
  • Coordinate staffing, manage resources, and resolve conflicts across customer workstreams.
  • Serve as the escalation point for customer risks, concerns, and mitigation efforts.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer executives and stakeholders.
  • Translate customer objectives into actionable plans, deliverables, and status reporting.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, level-of-effort estimates, and project financial performance.
  • Track risks, dependencies, timeline changes, and scope impacts, and escalate issues promptly.
  • Lead change management efforts, facilitate stakeholder communication, and mentor other project managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role within a professional services organization focused on IT Consulting or IT Services.
  • 3+ years of experience working with AWS Cloud or other major cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in professional services.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools.
  • PMI PMP certification in good standing.
  • Certified Scrum Master certification in good standing.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner (CCP) certification preferred.
