Description

  • Build, evangelize, and execute a shared product vision and strategy for internal and external developer experiences.
  • Perform market assessments to benchmark the industry and identify product gaps.
  • Understand internal and external personas, uncover user needs and pain points, and translate them into detailed product requirements.
  • Drive product development with engineering, design, and product marketing teams.
  • Identify cross-ownership with partner teams and lead cross-organizational product efforts.
  • Define and analyze metrics to measure progress and product success.
  • Own the product lifecycle end-to-end and ensure the product delivers customer value and meets business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to turn user and business needs into product features.
  • Drive prioritization and operational discipline across competing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must have an Engineering degree.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  • 5+ years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience defining vision and strategy for a technical product.
  • Experience taking a product through the full lifecycle, incorporating customer feedback into requirements and prioritization.
  • Experience working with APIs, SDKs, developer experience, and white-label experiences.
  • Strong understanding of the developer community and developer tools.
  • Experience driving impact through cross-functional leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong get-stuff-done attitude and positive energy.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and be based in the United States.
  • Travel required: 10%.
  • Preferred or desired: experience with developer products and tools, and influential communication skills.
