Description

  • Capture, document, and clearly articulate client requirements for product configuration.
  • Bridge the gap between customers and the product team.
  • Support delivery of multiple projects by understanding client requirements, systems, and processes.
  • Assist with onboarding partners and major new clients, including testing support and answering ad hoc questions.
  • Support delivery of national brand campaigns and product releases.
  • Write, collate, and manage user stories through to delivery.
  • Support the PM to keep projects on time and on budget.
  • Raise and triage issues with the QA team during user acceptance testing and escalate critical issues.
  • Participate in technical design reviews, workshops, and pre-sales client site visits when required.
  • Build productive relationships with internal teams, customers, external partners, and service providers.

Requirements

  • Methodical approach to documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and see them through to completion.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet under pressure.
  • Knowledge of API-driven and SaaS-based technology solutions is desirable.
  • Knowledge of POS systems is desirable.
  • Business-related, software development, or similar professional qualification is desirable.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Able to work autonomously and proactively.
  • Commercially astute, influential, decisive, adaptable, and customer-focused.
