Description

  • Support annual budgeting and multi-year planning by prioritizing investments tied to strategic growth bets.
  • Conduct high-stakes, data-driven analyses that inform business pivots and resource allocation decisions.
  • Build detailed financial models to evaluate new products, markets, M&A targets, and complex partnerships.
  • Translate complex financial models and data into clear narratives for the executive team and investors.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to resolve data issues and improve financial reporting and decision-making.
  • Work with the Accounting team to ensure month-end close accuracy and alignment with strategic KPIs.
  • Develop actionable recommendations for senior leadership based on large-scale financial and operational data.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in high-impact analytical roles such as FP&A, Private Equity, or Investment Banking.
  • If coming from banking, at least 1 year of industry experience is required.
  • Expert-level financial modeling and scenario planning experience.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven tools to automate complex workflows and improve speed.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to a Senior Leadership Team audience.
  • Boston, MA preferred.
