Description

  • Own and execute Dutch’s social media strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
  • Create and publish high-performing short-form video, static, reactive, and trend-based content.
  • Partner with Creative and Content teams to develop on-brand social assets.
  • Manage the content calendar for campaigns, launches, and cultural moments.
  • Drive community engagement through comments, direct messages, and ongoing conversations.
  • Identify trends, memes, and cultural moments to produce timely and relevant content.
  • Collaborate with Growth on paid amplification, whitelisting, and creator content tests.
  • Work with PR and Partnerships on influencer and celebrity integrations.
  • Analyze social performance and optimize content based on engagement, reach, shares, share of voice, and conversion signals.
  • Support lifecycle and cross-channel content needs such as email, SMS, and landing pages as needed.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience managing and growing social media for a brand.
  • Proven ability to create content that drives engagement, growth, and subscriptions.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends.
  • Strong creative instincts with an eye for what performs versus what only looks good.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, Product, and PR teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to iterate quickly.
  • Ability to move fast, test, learn, and adapt in a high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to take chances, disrupt, and try new things.
  • Strong project management, analytical, writing, and communication skills with attention to tone and brand voice.
  • Experience in consumer, health, pet, or subscription businesses is preferred.
  • Experience with influencer or creator partnerships and whitelisting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and paid social is preferred.
  • Experience launching or scaling a brand’s social presence is preferred.
  • Must reside in Canada or one of the listed eligible U.S. states for this fully remote role.
