Description

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, customer support, and data teams to support quality efforts.
  • Provide production support to the customer experience support team.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents and provide timely feedback.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Work with developers and product managers to create complete test plans for assigned projects.
  • Perform manual, API, and automation testing across applications.
  • Identify, document, track, and help resolve bugs.
  • Perform thorough regression testing after bug fixes are released.
  • Coordinate and participate in code deployments.
  • Learn cross-functional processes and identify opportunities to improve technology-driven workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of testing experience in a QA role.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools.
  • Experience testing across multiple browsers, operating systems, and mobile platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL/Postgres and scripting is a plus.
