Description

  • Deliver live virtual instructor-led training sessions for new hires and continuing education.
  • Create, develop, modify, and maintain training content, presentations, job aids, and reference materials.
  • Deliver AT&T-related product and service training to live and web-based audiences in engaging classroom settings.
  • Update training materials quickly to reflect changing offers, products, services, and internal requirements.
  • Monitor large virtual audiences and gather feedback to share with leadership, HR, or other stakeholders.
  • Support customer-facing relationship management as part of training and content delivery.
  • Design and deliver customized and generic training programs for AT&T wireless, video, and high-speed internet offerings.
  • Build and maintain sales and training presentations, videos, and other digital learning assets.
  • Identify patterns across partner audiences to align training delivery with a unified message.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Clear, dynamic, and precise communication skills for audiences ranging from entry-level employees to C-level executives.
  • Experience in wireless, satellite/cable television, high-speed internet, and/or consumer electronics sales.
  • Preferred: 5 years of presentation and training curriculum development in retail sales environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other audience-driven content creation and delivery tools.
  • Ability to create clear, engaging, well-formatted, and properly animated PowerPoint content.
  • Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to language nuance.
  • Required computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong computer proficiency on both Mac and Windows, plus web conferencing tools such as GoToMeeting, Zoom, or Skype.
  • A/V setup and troubleshooting skills, including projector, TV, and audio systems.
  • Highly preferred: cloud-based content storage, organization, and file sharing experience.
  • Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite experience and LMS or audio/video editing software knowledge.
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Communications, English, Theater/Performance Arts, Business, or Marketing.
  • Neat, professional appearance and outgoing demeanor.
  • Dependable vehicle, valid vehicle insurance, good driving record, and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel up to 65% and work weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to cover non-airfare travel expenses before reimbursement.
