Description

  • Administer SaaS platforms, including user management, security, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
  • Proactively evaluate new SaaS features and run pilots and adoption programs.
  • Measure and report on adoption and usage trends across collaboration platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and integrations to improve collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SaaS-related incidents and document best practices.
  • Deliver documentation, training, and communications to support user enablement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or Dropbox.
  • Experience with automation and scripting using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or AWS Lambda.
  • Familiarity with SaaS APIs, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating usage data, adoption metrics, and feature impact.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation skills, including maintaining knowledge bases, SOPs, and onboarding guides.
  • Certifications in Google Workspace or Slack administration are preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS adoption programs and driving user engagement is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-powered SaaS features is preferred.
  • Background in SaaS spend optimization and vendor management is preferred.

Benefits

  • Poland pay range of 154,700 zł to 209,300 zł PLN.
