Description

  • Execute and evolve the influencer marketing strategy to drive top-of-funnel brand awareness and engagement.
  • Support product launches and integrated brand campaigns through creator partnerships.
  • Position Dropbox within relevant cultural conversations through high-impact partnerships.
  • Drive the creation of engaging, shareable content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, timelines, budgets, briefs, and deliverables.
  • Build and scale an always-on creator and UGC program to support ongoing brand storytelling.
  • Partner with agencies to source and evaluate creators based on audience fit, content quality, brand safety, and performance history.
  • Develop clear creative briefs that balance brand standards with authentic creator voice and manage reviews and approvals.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics, including content schedules, tracking links/UTMs, and whitelisting or ads permissions.
  • Maintain program operations, including creator databases, templates, and briefs, while staying current on creator trends and platform changes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of influencer marketing experience, with a proven track record of executing end-to-end campaigns in-house or at an agency.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent creator taste and brand judgment, paired with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and understanding key contract terms, including deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity, FTC compliance, and brand safety.
  • Ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and translate results into actionable insights.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, especially for developing creator-facing briefs.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership and a bias toward action.
  • Familiarity with AI or tech/productivity tools is a plus.
