Description

  • Design and build scalable software solutions across specific product areas or multi-component systems.
  • Write and review code while providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and create impactful solutions.
  • Develop and execute roadmaps that balance technical quality, business impact, and user experience.
  • Contribute to team culture through mentorship, interviewing, and participation in new initiatives.
  • Support reliable deployment and implementation of AI-enabled product functionality.
  • Participate in occasional on-call work to address bugs, outages, and other operational issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
  • Experience in both front-end development (JavaScript, React, Angular, HTML/CSS) and back-end development (Node.js, Python).
  • BS degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Success developing and deploying large-scale full-stack applications.
  • Proficiency in building front-end interfaces and back-end systems while delivering minimum viable products quickly.
