Description

  • Own the enterprise growth strategy and roadmap across trials, self-serve flows, in-product upsell/cross-sell, and expansion playbooks for new and existing SKUs.
  • Design and optimize product-led growth loops that move enterprise users from activation to expansion.
  • Lead enterprise security and permissions initiatives with Platform, Security Engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Define and launch executive and owner overview surfaces such as dashboards, summaries, and shareable views.
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to identify expansion opportunities across projects, SKUs, and users.
  • Partner with GTM and support systems owners to ensure clean data flows, instrumentation, and actionable signals tied to revenue outcomes.
  • Define and track key growth and engagement metrics for enterprise accounts and use them to guide prioritization.
  • Work with Design and Engineering to ship end-to-end features, including PRDs, success metrics, experiments, and launches.
  • Champion experimentation, A/B testing, and cohort analysis to turn successful initiatives into repeatable playbooks.
  • Serve as the voice of enterprise admins, security stakeholders, and executives through customer discovery and field research.
  • Mentor junior PMs and contribute to product rituals such as OKR planning, roadmapping, and reviews.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Meaningful experience owning growth, monetization, or enterprise expansion charters such as PLG funnels, upsell/cross-sell, billing/entitlements, or admin/permissions surfaces.
  • Demonstrated success designing and optimizing product-led growth loops, packaging/upsell flows, and in-product cross-sell experiences.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI/ML in product work and using AI tools for discovery, analysis, experimentation, or content generation.
  • Comfort working with product analytics and BI tools such as Mixpanel, Segment, Looker/Data Studio, and Salesforce.
  • Experience working with enterprise-grade security, identity, and permissions systems such as SSO, SCIM, role-based access, org/group models, and SKU entitlements.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Sales, CS, Marketing, RevOps, and Security.
  • Ability to translate strategic vision into clear problem statements, requirements, and actionable plans.
  • Experience writing comprehensive PRDs, defining success criteria, and managing multi-track priorities.
  • Strong customer orientation and comfort speaking with enterprise customers, including understanding how they buy and use software.
  • Ability to design portfolio-level growth strategies while also managing detailed user journeys and workflows.
  • Experience in construction tech, geospatial, enterprise SaaS platforms, or similarly complex multi-surface products is a strong plus.
