Description

  • Engage with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to understand clinical workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  • Translate healthcare delivery insights into structured product requirements documents that guide solution design.
  • Build and validate solutions using the Canvas SDK, including event-driven design, handlers, and effects.
  • Partner with engineers to prototype solutions that demonstrate platform capabilities.
  • Decide when to work within existing SDK capabilities versus advocate for platform enhancements.
  • Create reusable solution patterns and playbooks to accelerate future customer engagements.
  • Collaborate across sales, customer success, implementation, engineering, and product teams to align delivery and feedback loops.
  • Track quality signals such as demo-to-production flow, SDK adoption, and customer feedback to inform iteration.
  • Document learnings and share knowledge internally to improve team effectiveness.
  • Progressively own lower-complexity engagements independently while shadowing senior team members.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or early-career candidate in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Engineering, UX, Applied Data, or a related discipline.
  • Deep interest in healthcare technology and EMR systems with a desire to improve provider and patient workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex contexts into clear requirements.
  • Comfort learning and working with modern SDKs, APIs, and plugin-based architectures.
  • Willingness to ramp into event-driven design, handlers, and effects.
  • Strategic mindset to balance short-term deliverables with long-term platform health.
  • Ability to identify leverage points and scalable solution patterns.
  • Understanding of healthcare delivery challenges and provider workflow pain points.
  • Ability to engage with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
  • Collaborative by default and comfortable working across operational and technical teams.
  • Growth mindset with rapid learning velocity.
  • Comfortable managing trade-offs and working through productive tension.
  • AI-native and pragmatic, using modern tools to accelerate discovery while respecting real-world constraints.
  • Exposure to SDKs, frontend/backend integrations, or plugin architectures is preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data workflows, standards, or provider-facing tooling is preferred.
  • Experience drafting product requirements, specs, or mockups for technical systems is preferred.
  • Comfort with basic scripting in Python or JavaScript, or with building demonstrable prototypes, is preferred.
  • Prior customer-facing experience in a technical capacity, such as internships, support, or technical project work, is preferred.
