Description

  • Design high-converting static ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
  • Create structured creative variations for systematic A/B testing and rapid iteration.
  • Develop thumb-stopping hooks and performance-driven visual concepts for acquisition campaigns.
  • Translate performance data and feedback from media buyers into new design iterations.
  • Build modular ad templates and scalable email templates for fast testing and production.
  • Develop organized naming, file management, and creative testing workflows.
  • Support the creative strategy team with rapid concept mockups and brand refreshes.
  • Design high-converting email campaigns and automated lifecycle flows.
  • Collaborate closely with strategists and media buyers to improve creative performance.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, research, layout exploration, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience designing for DTC brands.
  • Strong portfolio of real paid social ad creative for DTC brands; mockups alone are not sufficient.
  • Experience designing high-performing static ads for Meta and TikTok.
  • Understanding of direct-response principles and conversion-focused design.
  • Experience working closely with performance teams or media buyers.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated daily use of AI tools in a design workflow.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Strong typography, hierarchy, and visual clarity for performance ads.
  • Strong portfolio of real email marketing work.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or a similar ESP.
  • Agency experience managing multiple DTC accounts is a plus.
  • Experience designing landing pages or CRO-focused pages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, and ROAS is a plus.
  • Experience building modular creative testing systems is a plus.
  • Experience working directly with founders or CEOs is a plus.
