Description

  • Own the mission, strategy, goals, and metrics for the hospital solutions product area.
  • Inspire and coordinate a cross-functional team of engineers and data analysts on new product initiatives.
  • Gather and define requirements for product evolution based on business goals and internal user needs.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum planning with R&D and commercial stakeholders to shape the product roadmap.
  • Identify, assess, and scope product opportunities from conception through launch and optimization.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to develop and enhance partnerships that support product success.
  • Work closely with sales and client success teams to refine product strategy and improve client satisfaction.
  • Build consensus across product, engineering, data, and commercial teams on strategy, design, and technical decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant Product Manager experience.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort using data to inform decisions.
  • Comfort with SQL is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and maintain effective relationships with diverse R&D and commercial partners.
  • Results-oriented approach with the ability to identify priorities and ship solutions across teams.
  • Strong curiosity and extreme attention to detail with a habit of self-auditing work.
  • Creative, persistent, and resourceful attitude focused on getting things done.
  • Prior healthcare experience, especially familiarity with claims data and/or referral flows, is a plus.
  • This role can be filled remotely in the U.S., with preference for San Francisco, CA or Portland, OR.
