Description

  • Lead the technical direction and roadmap for Dasher Security Products.
  • Build and ship paved-road proactive security controls directly into Dasher products.
  • Partner with Product Engineering, Legal, Security Platform, Data, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Drive AI-enabled vulnerability discovery, security testing harnesses, and automated remediation.
  • Develop application hardening, anti-app-reversing, and payment-security solutions.
  • Mentor and coach earlier-career engineers while establishing high standards for operational and software engineering excellence.
  • Lead root-cause analysis for security incidents and develop long-term remediation roadmaps.
  • Shape security-preserving outcomes across engineering and product teams within assigned AI security domains.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Security Product Engineer at an internet-scale organization.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Security Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical leadership experience in AI security, account security, and product security engineering across B2C, B2B, and vendor environments.
  • Experience building security engineering controls and processes in an object-oriented language such as Go or Java.
  • Experience designing scalable, AI-enabled security reviews and threat-modeling processes.
  • Hands-on experience securing large-scale consumer applications processing millions of transactions daily.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and investigative abilities, including complex systemic issues and security incidents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for leading security initiatives across engineering and product teams.
  • Experience meeting business and regulatory security requirements.
