Description

  • Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team with mentorship, feedback, and career development support.
  • Define and drive the analytical and product roadmap by setting measurable goals and success metrics.
  • Align cross-functional partners in product, engineering, sales, and strategy around priorities and decisions.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to uncover insights and optimize funnels.
  • Apply advanced analytical methods such as cohort analysis, regression modeling, and experimentation to inform strategy.
  • Balance advertiser ROI, consumer experience, and platform health while driving business impact.
  • Elevate the quality of analytics across the organization and build scalable analytical systems.
  • Solve complex problems creatively and resourcefully in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong executive communication skills to translate data into business impact.
  • Experience as an empathetic and effective people manager.
  • Deep expertise in SQL, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with hypothesis testing, regression modeling, and experimentation.
  • Experience with funnel optimization, user segmentation, and time-series analysis.
  • Ability to guide others in applying analytical techniques.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence executive stakeholders, and deliver results under pressure.

  • Base salary range of $219,700 to $323,000 USD.
