Description

Own the strategy and execution for merchant support once merchants are live on DoorDash.
Build a tech-first, scalable, and seamless support experience that improves merchant satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Develop solutions that help merchants resolve issues quickly and with minimal operational friction.
Use data-driven decision-making and business judgment to drive go-to-market planning and execution for new initiatives.
Experiment, analyze, and implement improvements to the merchant experience.
Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics teams to launch key initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve merchant success and add value in a complex environment.
Work with data and modeling tools such as SQL and Excel to inform decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2-3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, or related fields.
Experience in a high-growth or early-stage startup is a plus.
Experience leading a team is a plus.
Proven track record of working on highly cross-functional initiatives and managing ambitious goals.
Ability to succeed in complex environments.
Strong ownership mindset and bias toward action.
Strong analytical skills with comfort pulling data in SQL or modeling in Excel.
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders across functions.
Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and problem-solving.

Base salary range of $87,000-$128,000 USD.
