Description

  • Oversee daily operations across 15–20 regional locations, ensuring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
  • Manage site operations through relationships with third-party providers.
  • Design, build, and execute process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive operational efficiency, service quality, and reliability improvements.
  • Collaborate with central and cross-functional teams to improve customer order experiences.
  • Ensure site teams have the tools, resources, and support needed to meet operational goals.
  • Translate on-site insights into actionable, scalable business initiatives.
  • Travel up to 40% as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing leaders in an operations-focused environment.
  • 4–6+ years of hands-on warehousing or logistics experience, preferably in third-party logistics (3PL).
  • Experience managing multi-unit operations.
  • Strong analytical, Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to solve problems from first principles and operate effectively in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
  • Ability to balance detailed operational execution with strategic planning.
  • Experience working with 3PLs and building or training high-performing teams (preferred).
  • Experience starting or scaling a successful startup and interest in logistics, on-demand services, or marketplaces (preferred).
