Description

  • Manage an outsourced team responsible for work order management, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Serve as the escalation point of contact for the East Region, including after-hours and weekend support when needed.
  • Lead new site launches, decommissions, expansions, relocations, and remodels across the facilities portfolio.
  • Project manage critical initiatives, including change management plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords and property management groups.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver capital, safety, and security projects without disrupting operations.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Safety, and Security on emergency preparedness and business continuity planning.
  • Track facilities operating expenses and build dashboards to identify trends.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address systemic deficiencies.
  • Work with field leaders to drive consistency, training, and best practices across regions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of multi-unit facilities management experience, including light industrial and/or retail spaces.
  • Strong knowledge of work order management systems such as ServiceChannel.
  • Experience managing remote facilities and a remote team.
  • Bachelor’s degree, CFM, other relevant certification, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to manage escalations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Background in critical systems, mechanical and electrical engineering, and energy management programs is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for site inspections and facility launch or decommissioning support.
