Description

  • Manage robots on public roads and provide feedback to team leads for system improvements.
  • Perform public road testing as needed to support operations.
  • Report to the shift lead and help keep operations running smoothly.
  • Foster a culture of safety, inclusivity, and open communication within the team.
  • Become proficient in the software used for Remote Assistance operations.
  • Use the remote system to support robots and address operational needs efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify inefficiencies and share feedback to improve team performance.
  • Assist operators in daily activities while ensuring adherence to Remote Assistance standards.
  • Ensure operations are safe and efficient by supporting a strong safety culture.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of autonomous and/or robotics operations experience.
  • Strong skills with Google Suite applications, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, and Calendar.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in Slack, both in writing and verbally.
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn, and able to perform well under pressure.
  • Well-organized and attentive to detail.
  • Experience with Jira or other issue reporting/ticketing tools to collect feedback, schedule fixes, and track progress.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and days between 6 AM and 11 PM, Monday through Sunday.
