Description

  • Manage robots on public roads and support day-to-day robotics operations.
  • Use the remote assistance system to respond to robots’ needs efficiently.
  • Provide feedback to shift leads and team leads to identify inefficiencies and improve operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve team efficiency and system processes.
  • Support operators in daily activities while following Remote Assistance standards.
  • Help foster a culture of safety, inclusivity, and open communication.
  • Stay flexible and take on additional tasks as needed, including public road testing.
  • Report to the shift lead and help keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in autonomous and/or robotics operations.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite tools, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, and Calendar.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in Slack.
  • Self-motivated and able to learn quickly and perform well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain safe and efficient operations.
  • Experience with Jira or other issue reporting/ticketing tools to collect feedback, schedule fixes, and track progress.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and days between 6 AM and 11 PM, Monday through Sunday.
