Description

  • Produce well-designed, testable, and efficient code using software development best practices.
  • Integrate with and use data from backend services and databases.
  • Build web applications using PHP on the backend and JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 on the frontend.
  • Contribute to new product ideation, implementation, and feature development for existing products.
  • Collaborate through code reviews, technical documentation, and constructive design feedback.
  • Become a subject matter expert on DomainTools’ customer-facing products and services.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of modern web application development experience.
  • Experience with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented PHP 7+, JavaScript (ES7+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Deep understanding of React 18+ and Redux.
  • Experience with unit and integration testing using PHPUnit and Jest.
  • Experience building and consuming APIs.
  • Proficiency with Git and other version control systems.
  • Experience with container technologies, particularly Docker.
  • Familiarity with Babel, Webpack, and ESLint (preferred).
  • Experience with Kubernetes, TestCafe, Playwright, MySQL, UX design, and agile methodologies (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
