Description

  • Build end-to-end AI pipelines from recording and transcription through summarization and coaching report generation.
  • Auto-generate Pre-Diagnosis Reports from survey responses and startup data.
  • Design expert matching algorithms using startup profiles and diagnosis results.
  • Architect and implement multi-agent systems for startup consulting workflows.
  • Fine-tune LLMs and train domain-specific models.
  • Design prompts, evaluation frameworks, model versioning processes, and A/B tests.
  • Develop Python-based AI/ML applications and pipeline components.
  • Integrate speech-to-text and NLP capabilities into production workflows.
  • Collaborate with a global team on AI product development and experimentation.

Requirements

  • Intensive hands-on experience in ML/AI.
  • Experience building applications with LLMs.
  • Mandatory model fine-tuning experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing Python-based AI/ML pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with agent frameworks.
  • Fundamentals in NLP and speech-to-text integration.
  • Business-level English fluency required for daily collaboration with a global team.
  • Experience working with multi-agent architectures is preferred.
  • Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, model versioning, and A/B testing is preferred.
  • Experience with the listed stack is valuable, including Python 3.11+, LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, Whisper, Pinecone, Weaviate, MLflow, Weights & Biases, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, and Docker.

Benefits
