Description

  • Create working prototypes using Claude or Bolt as an AI-first designer.
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
  • Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, navigation buttons, and search fields.
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that show how sites function and appear.
  • Create original graphic assets such as images, sketches, and tables.
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, including responsiveness problems.
  • Conduct primary and secondary UX research to understand usability and user preferences.
  • Advocate for the user perspective in product and design discussions to support user-centric decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience designing web and mobile applications.
  • Working knowledge of Figma, at least one wireframing tool, design systems, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • A strong online portfolio is preferred.
  • Ability to understand business problems, identify key challenges, formalize the problem, and prototype solutions.
  • A degree in Design or a related field from a top-tier institute is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly to different stakeholders.
  • A consistent track record of documenting, synthesizing, and communicating results.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, and eager to learn.
  • Commitment to best practices and continuous improvement.
