Description

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for KYC/KYB integrations from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Manage integrations with global data and identity validation providers to support efficient compliance workflows.
  • Build and optimize a smart routing system that directs verifications based on coverage, pricing, and service availability.
  • Analyze compliance-related data to identify improvement opportunities and respond proactively to regulatory challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineering, legal, and operations teams to deliver scalable compliance solutions.
  • Balance regulatory compliance objectives with business goals, conversion rates, and user experience.
  • Work with machine learning models, high-quality datasets, and model evaluation methods when applicable.
  • Coordinate with other product teams worldwide to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
  • Take ownership of issues and do whatever is needed to make the product and teams successful.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in financial services or e-commerce/marketplaces.
  • Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship.
  • Ability to lead third-party API integrations.
  • Proficiency with data, including SQL, datasets, and model evaluations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of compliance or regulatory practices such as AML and identity validation is preferred.
  • Experience with machine learning models is welcome.
  • Familiarity with high-quality dataset practices such as labeling standards and sampling is welcome.
  • Experience running rigorous model evaluations, including offline metrics, backtests, and online A/B tests, is welcome.
