Description

  • Own and evolve Distru’s AI product suite, including MCP integrations, Agent Builder, and the Unified Data Engine.
  • Define product direction, select features, write PRDs, and take AI products from launch through adoption and ongoing iteration.
  • Gather customer, customer success, and sales feedback and translate it into scalable system-level AI features.
  • Prioritize the product roadmap and timelines based on revenue impact and customer needs.
  • Create thoughtful UX designs and product specifications for engineering execution.
  • Define feature success metrics, measure outcomes, and maintain ownership of features after release.
  • Maintain feature knowledge-base content, MCP documentation, and go-to-market materials.
  • Partner with engineering, design, GTM, sales, customer success, marketing, and executives to align insights and keep delivery moving.
  • Report product progress and priorities directly to the executive team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience owning and shipping features end to end, from ambiguous problem definition through launch and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to create intuitive UX that abstracts complex workflows without requiring a designer.
  • Strong passion for AI, with ongoing independent experimentation with models, tools, agents, or workflows.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical fluency with concepts such as SQL, telemetry, RAG, agentic harnesses, and subagents.
  • Experience with product management and AI tooling such as Notion, Miro, Claude, Hotjar, and LangSmith.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment and manage detailed customer workflows involving inventory and finances.
  • Background in supply chain, ERP, CRM, B2B marketplaces, or accounting (preferred).
  • Experience with Claude Code or similar coding tools, agentic and multi-agent systems, or early-stage startups with 0–50 employees (preferred).
