Description

  • Architect and build a production multi-agent system that operates safely across ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, calendars, email, analytics, and compliance systems.
  • Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations connecting agents to business systems.
  • Own reliability, observability, permissions, and safe workflow execution for systems acting on customer data.
  • Define the technical direction, architecture, orchestration approach, and evaluation suites for the AI product suite.
  • Set feature scope and priorities based on customer needs and revenue impact.
  • Work directly with customers and go-to-market and revenue teams to translate needs into shipped products.
  • Make product and engineering tradeoffs, identify risks early, and drive execution with minimal oversight.
  • Evaluate emerging agent frameworks, harness toolkits, and MCP standards, adopting improved approaches when appropriate.
  • Use tools such as Claude Code in the product development workflow.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience building production multi-agent harnesses, beyond prototypes or personal projects.
  • Experience building production MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of production reliability, observability, permissions, and safe workflow execution.
  • Experience owning both product and engineering decisions, including scoping and prioritization.
  • Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and LangGraph, with ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Experience at an early-stage startup with fewer than 20 engineers and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Clear, proactive communication and a low-ego, team-first approach.
  • Experience in supply chain, ERP, CRM, B2B marketplaces, or accounting software (preferred).
  • Experience with UX design, agent evaluation frameworks or agent-to-agent protocols, Claude Code or similar tools, or the cannabis industry (preferred).
