Description

  • Write and edit content for websites, publications, and special projects.
  • Translate complex medical information into clear, accessible language.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and members of the PH community.
  • Manage content from concept through publication.
  • Develop compelling content across print and digital platforms.
  • Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and audience-appropriate.
  • Support the Communications team in delivering mission-aligned messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional writing and editing experience.
  • Strong proficiency in AP style.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with nonprofit or healthcare audiences preferred.
  • Must be able to work in a manager-level role.
  • Experience creating content for both print and digital platforms.
