Description

  • Answer incoming calls from advertising lines promptly, building rapport and trust with prospective clients.
  • Manage and follow up on unassigned leads in the case management system according to department timelines.
  • Evaluate each potential client's legal situation and clearly communicate the strategies and options the firm can offer.
  • Record client information accurately in the case management system, ensuring correct grammar, spelling, addresses, medical data, and completed questionnaires.
  • Draft detailed notes in the “Descripción del Incidente” (Incident Description) section for each case.
  • Follow up with potential clients to obtain necessary documentation to support their cases.
  • Transfer accepted new clients to the appropriate legal area correctly and efficiently.
  • Support special projects as requested by the team.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) — role title specifies 'Bilingüe'.
  • Available for part-time work and able to work remotely (role listed as Part Time, Remote).
  • Based in or able to work for Bogotá-based role (location indicated as Bogotá).
  • Strong verbal communication skills with empathy and ability to build trust with potential clients.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail, including correct grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to use a case management system to log leads, complete questionnaires, and write detailed case notes.
  • Ability to follow department timelines for lead follow-up and to transfer clients to legal teams.
