Description

  • Serve as the primary functional and technical liaison for channel partners and direct customers in the assigned region.
  • Provide pre-sales support through product demonstrations, solution alignment, and requirements gathering assistance.
  • Lead end-to-end customer implementations, including project planning, blueprints, gap-fit analyses, test cases, and sign-offs.
  • Deliver partner enablement through training webinars, on-demand e-learning content, and knowledge-sharing forums.
  • Promote and monitor partner certification compliance in line with partnership agreements.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Maintain accurate project records and status updates in the CitiXsys Project Management System.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to stay current on new features and communicate enhancements to partners.
  • Support the sales process by contributing to RFP responses and presenting value propositions.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and internal resources based on partner and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, customer journeys, and modern retail challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with complex business goals.
  • Proven track record of managing complex enterprise implementations and multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including engaging presentations and high-quality technical documentation.
  • Experience delivering training to partners and customers in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Professional certifications in sales enablement, consulting frameworks, or enterprise solutions such as PMP or ITIL are highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience representing a company at industry events, partner meetings, trade shows, or product seminars is preferred.
  • Experience in North America and remote work across Canada/United States is relevant to the role.

Benefits

  • Remote full-time position based in Canada, the United States, or North America.
  • Salary range of $100,000 to $115,000 per month.
  • Opportunity to work on partner enablement, customer implementations, and product-facing consulting across a broad region.
