Description

  • Deliver expert-level support for Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint security, and modern workplace solutions.
  • Lead technical projects such as SharePoint migrations, Intune deployments, and security implementations.
  • Resolve escalated technical issues using systematic troubleshooting approaches.
  • Create comprehensive documentation and communicate effectively with clients at all technical levels.
  • Participate in project planning, scope management, and timeline development.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting multiple clients simultaneously, preferably in an MSP environment.
  • Proficiency in time tracking and project estimation.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 expertise, including SharePoint Online template deployment and Teams integration.
  • Experience with Intune and Autopilot device management and policy configuration.
  • Regular PowerShell scripting experience for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Email systems migration experience, including DNS management for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, plus spam protection.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender and Purview is preferred.
  • Knowledge of M365 tenant hardening and security best practices.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, including documentation.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and professional client interaction.
  • Preferred additional experience with vulnerability scanning, DLP, zero trust principles, Azure Virtual Desktop, Docker, VMs, and SASE/SIEM/SOAR concepts.
  • Availability during Pacific Time business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT.
  • Responsive during client emergencies.
  • Actively engaged in training, certifications, or professional communities is preferred.
  • Adaptable, results-focused, and detail-oriented work style.
