Description

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
Manage consolidation processes across multiple legal entities in different countries.
Prepare U.S. GAAP journal entries and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
Oversee intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Provide support on complex technical accounting matters, including revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, and share-based compensation.
Prepare technical accounting memoranda and assess the impact of U.S. GAAP changes on company policies.
Co-lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of SOX compliance requirements across the group.
Support the development of an internal control culture across the company.
Drive improvements in consolidation tools, reporting automation, data quality, and reporting accuracy.
Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit procedures.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
CPA preferred.
3+ years of relevant experience in a Big 4 audit firm.
Proven experience in U.S. GAAP accounting, technical memo writing, and SOX environments.
Previous experience at a U.S. public company with consolidation responsibilities is a plus.
Experience supporting IPO readiness or public company reporting requirements is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidation.
Solid understanding of SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.
Excellent organizational skills and a hands-on working style.
Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong systems and technology proficiency, including MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
