Description

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain features across the platform.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver user-focused solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
  • Ensure code quality and performance through testing, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Help define and maintain engineering and DevOps best practices.
  • Evaluate new technologies and stay current with industry trends and tools.
  • Own features end to end across design, delivery, iteration, and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Based in France with full working rights.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Significant experience building and operating B2B or B2C SaaS platforms in production.
  • Proven experience on long-lived SaaS products with full feature lifecycle ownership.
  • Strong background in complex, scalable web architectures.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and Vue.js.
  • Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
  • Hands-on exposure to modern DevOps practices.
  • High standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability.
  • Experience working directly with product managers, designers, and stakeholders in a feature-team or product-oriented setup.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to drive features end to end.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience in senior SaaS environments.
