Description

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain features across the platform.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver user-focused solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions.
  • Ensure code quality and performance through testing, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Help define and maintain engineering and DevOps best practices.
  • Evaluate new technologies and industry trends to improve the platform.
  • Own features end to end across their full lifecycle, including delivery, iteration, and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Be based in France with full working rights.
  • Be fluent in French and English.
  • Have 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Have significant experience building and operating B2B or B2C SaaS platforms in production.
  • Have experience owning features across their full lifecycle on long-lived SaaS products.
  • Have a strong background in complex, scalable web architectures.
  • Have expert-level proficiency in Node.js and Vue.js.
  • Have solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
  • Have hands-on exposure to modern DevOps practices.
  • Have high standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability.
  • Have extensive experience working with product managers, designers, and stakeholders in a feature-team or product-oriented setup.
  • Have a Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience in senior SaaS environments.
