Description

  • Design, implement, and optimise complex infrastructure solutions across customer and internal environments.
  • Support cloud, server, networking, and endpoint management initiatives.
  • Lead and support cybersecurity initiatives across client environments.
  • Manage vulnerability remediation and security improvement programs.
  • Implement and maintain security technologies and controls.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to strengthen security posture.
  • Deliver internal and customer-facing projects across infrastructure, security, automation, and operational initiatives.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for Service Desk and support teams and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to technical team members.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in IT services, managed services, or senior infrastructure support environments.
  • Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems and infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience supporting corporate, operational technology, and customer-facing environments.
  • Demonstrated success delivering technical projects from planning through implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, ThreatLocker, Cisco Duo, Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, Cisco Meraki, Azure Virtual Machines, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Veeam Backup solutions, and ImmyBot.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
  • Exposure to REWST automation platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management and customer engagement ability.
