Description

Deliver network and security projects across Cisco Meraki and Catalyst environments.
Design, implement, configure, and support routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security solutions.
Monitor support queues and manage incidents through resolution.
Troubleshoot customer networks and provide business-as-usual operational support.
Build trusted customer relationships through clear, professional communication.
Improve documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational standards with internal teams.
Use AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to improve daily workflows.
Contribute to automation initiatives, API integrations, tooling, and workflow improvements.
Develop reusable troubleshooting and operational documentation.
Support customer satisfaction, project delivery, operational improvements, and team capability development.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in network engineering or network support.
Experience working within an Australian MSP environment.
Strong knowledge of routing and switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security technologies.
Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and Catalyst solutions.
Experience designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting customer network solutions.
CCNA certification.
Ability to work autonomously and own technical issues with minimal supervision.
Strong customer communication, prioritisation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
CCNP, Cisco DevNet Associate, or equivalent certifications preferred.
Experience with Python, Ansible, REST APIs, Terraform, Git, infrastructure as code, AI-assisted workflows, or voice networking preferred.
