Description

  • Design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot Rewst automation workflows.
  • Own the Rewst environment and establish platform standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Build reusable workflows, templates, components, and automation modules for MSP customers.
  • Lead technical onboarding, configuration, integration, and ongoing support for MSP customers.
  • Develop and maintain a catalogue of standardised, repeatable automation solutions.
  • Design integrations between Rewst and third-party platforms using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
  • Evaluate and implement Power Automate or other platforms where appropriate.
  • Engage customers and internal teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into business outcomes.
  • Maintain documentation, version control, and structured development practices using Git.
  • Continuously improve automation reliability, scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience developing automation workflows, integrations, or scripts.
  • Experience with Rewst, or the ability to become proficient quickly.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerShell, Python, Jinja templating, JSON, and REST APIs.
  • Experience developing reusable automation workflows and components.
  • Understanding of structured development, testing, release, and version-control practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Graph.
  • Ability to interpret OpenAPI and Swagger documentation and troubleshoot authentication, API, and data integration issues.
  • Previous MSP or Technology Services Provider experience is highly desirable; Service Desk, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering experience is advantageous.
  • Understanding of MSP platforms such as PSA, RMM, documentation, monitoring, and security systems.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Platform, Git, .NET/C#, AI integrations, MCP, or customer automation onboarding is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
