Description

  • Lead the technical implementation of AI-powered solutions, following best practices and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and tailor solutions to their business needs.
  • Provide technical expertise during setup, configuration, and integration with third-party platforms.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to help customers use the solutions effectively.
  • Monitor implementation progress and ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during the implementation phase.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve the implementation process and enhance the company’s offerings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical implementation or solutions engineering, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.
  • Coding experience in Node.js and Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in the e-commerce or AI industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and helpdesk systems is preferred.
  • Must be located in the US or Canada and able to work East Coast business hours.
