Description

Run discovery and scoping sessions with client operations and engineering teams.
Design, present, and defend solutions while advising clients against approaches that may not scale or work reliably.
Build complex, high-volume automation flows in the DigitalGenius platform.
Integrate DigitalGenius with Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Loop, OMS platforms, carriers, and other systems using APIs and webhooks.
Develop custom Python actions for use cases requiring bespoke functionality.
Prompt, tune, and evaluate LLM components that determine agent behavior.
Troubleshoot issues across systems, data, and AI, including live client incidents.
Report outcomes to non-technical stakeholders and identify opportunities for additional use cases.
Share implementation feedback with Product to guide platform improvements.

Requirements

2+ years in a client-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, implementation, professional services, technical consulting, technical account management, or escalation-level support.
Strong client-facing judgment, including scoping requirements, explaining technical decisions, pushing back constructively, and handling production issues clearly.
Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication, pagination, and rate limits.
Ability to write, understand, and debug Python scripts, review others’ code, explain design decisions, and test implementations.
Hands-on experience building automations with a low-code or configuration-heavy tool such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, UiPath, Salesforce Flow, Power Automate, Retool, or a vendor platform.
Daily experience using AI tools and understanding where they are effective and require correction.
Experience managing multiple client projects against deadlines.
Experience with LLM prompting, classification, guardrails, evaluation, or OpenAI and Anthropic SDKs preferred.
E-commerce, OMS, Shopify, customer service platform, or SaaS post-sales delivery experience preferred.
Availability to work remotely from the EU during UK business hours (GMT/BST).
