Description

  • Develop and manage campaign timelines, schedules, and project calendars.
  • Provide accurate estimates for small projects.
  • Monitor project management software to ensure tasks are completed, quality-checked, and closed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaign objectives.
  • Participate in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Communicate client objectives and coordinate internal communications for asset development.
  • Ensure creative assets meet campaign aesthetics, specifications, and brand guidelines.
  • Download, label, organize, and upload video and photo files.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across all project management activities.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management software.
  • Experience with Monday.com and Google Sheets preferred.
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, with flexibility outside regular business hours.
  • Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to manage video and photo files effectively.
