Description

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for a portfolio of customers, from pre-kick-off through deployment and handover to Customer Success.
  • Lead customer kick-offs, technical audits, setup and follow-up calls, platform demos, QA, go-live monitoring, and final handovers.
  • Deliver product training and help customers become autonomous users of Didomi’s solutions.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues, identify workarounds, and coordinate complex cases with Technical Support, Product, and Engineering.
  • Identify inactive customers, project blockers, and technical dependencies; drive follow-up, escalation, and mitigation actions.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding data in Planhat and gather customer context from AEs and KAMs before kick-off.
  • Lead at least one cross-functional onboarding improvement initiative per semester.
  • Collect and structure customer feedback to inform product, process, and support improvements.

Requirements

  • Customer-first, empathetic, and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly to customers.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions, anticipate risks, and drive projects forward.
  • Technical curiosity and comfort investigating implementation issues with technical teams.
  • Confidence leading customer meetings, delivering training, and facilitating webinars.
  • Strong operational rigor in CRM data quality, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Proactive approach to improving processes and the customer experience.
  • Ability to build expertise across Didomi’s product suite, including CMP, ACM, MUV, Consent Essentials, SSO, PMP, and DSAR.
