Description

  • Expand automation coverage for customer provisioning workflows.
  • Integrate Salesforce, licensing and entitlement platforms, and product consoles to trigger provisioning from closed orders.
  • Partner with Product and GTM to design and test provisioning workflows ahead of product launches.
  • Scope initiatives, write requirements, and coordinate integration, access, and tooling work with IT and Engineering.
  • Prioritize automation initiatives based on revenue, SLA, customer, and period-end impact.
  • Support automated tools, scripts, and runbooks and resolve daily technical workflow blockers.
  • Test and monitor automated pipelines, manage exceptions and approval routing, and maintain entitlement and compliance controls.
  • Build customer migration, access-revocation, license-reclamation, and instance-closure workflows.
  • Document workflows and exceptions and report automation coverage, time savings, and error rates to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of provisioning automation experience.
  • Experience with provisioning or workflow platforms and automation tools, including Python, Workato, and Make.
  • Experience in provisioning, entitlement or licensing, order management, sales operations, or customer support operations.
  • Ability to convert manual, multi-step processes into documented, testable automated workflows.
  • Strong project-scoping and prioritization skills tied to revenue and SLA impact.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with strong organization, attention to detail, and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation, flows, or integrations (preferred).
  • Experience in IT or cybersecurity and in SaaS provisioning or onboarding (preferred).

  • Salary starting at €3,500 per month, with final compensation based on skills and experience.
