Description

  • Take full end-to-end ownership of the platform ecosystem, including performance, growth, and execution.
  • Lead the carbon footprint tool, biodiversity credit platform, feasibility study AI satellite analyses, and related products.
  • Combine technology, product, and operations into a single execution engine.
  • Scale the platforms from validated traction into a standalone business.
  • Set priorities, remove blockers, and deliver results across the platform organization.
  • Align product, engineering, marketing, and sales into one operating rhythm.
  • Drive accountability, speed, and output across the teams you lead.
  • Ensure the platform evolves in line with market demand and business opportunity.
  • Provide clear leadership and management to strengthen structure, execution, and scaling.

Requirements

  • Experience as a CTO, COO, technical founder, or senior operator.
  • Proven ability to scale products with real users and revenue.
  • Strong technical foundation combined with operational leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and pace.
  • Comfort operating with autonomy and responsibility.
  • Experience in climate tech, marketplaces, fintech, or data platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Background in building or scaling validated digital products is preferred.
